RETURNS – CANCELLATIONS
The products in the category ‘NAMETAGS’ are made to order and are not subject to the return policy that applies to the other products on our website at kentorama.gr. We would like to point out that the return or exchange of these products is not possible and customers are responsible for carefully checking their orders and completing the special form on the product page. However, we guarantee the proper construction and design of the order according to the specifications set during the order. In case a product is received with incorrect characters or colors different from those displayed on the product page or specified in the order, please contact us via email within fifteen (15) days of the delivery date. Replacing the incorrect products in this category will be free of charge, with no shipping or return costs.
For the rest of the product categories, you have the right to return the products you purchased without the obligation to inform us of the reason for the return, within fifteen (15) days from the date you received them. In that case buyer is responsible for freight charges.
All of our products are presented in the best possible way through photographs that depict the actual product. However, it is possible that there may be differences in color accuracy between the digital representation and the product in its physical form. In the category of “NAMETAGS”, all products are presented through digital sampling.
Returns are accepted only if:
The product has not been worn or used other than for fitting.
The manufacturer’s tags (if any) and product labels have not been removed or destroyed.
All accompanying product materials are present, such as the box, any manuals that come with it, and the purchase receipt (to be sent back with the product).
If the product comes with a gift, it must also be returned.
You must ship the products via ACS Courier, with the recipient being charged for purchases within Greece. If you choose to use a different carrier, the costs will be borne by the sender. For purchases outside Greece, you can choose any carrier with costs charged to the sender.
When sending your new products after the exchange, you will be charged 6€ within Greece or 11€ for outside Greece, regardless of the difference that will result from the changes.
If you wish to receive a refund, please inform us by sending a message to our email address at [email protected]. 1. your bank account number (IBAN) 2. name of the bank 3. beneficiary name 4. order number. The amount is refunded to your account within 15 calendar days from the day the package is received back to our central warehouses. In case of electronic payments, the amount is refunded to your card according to the aforementioned procedure. For any case of money return, except for defective products, you will be charged with the shipping cost according to your order (deducted from the total amount of the return).
Swimwear (bottoms), underwear, and socks are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
Returns of products that are considered defective and are in their original condition, with their original packaging and the original markings on the products, are sent again for free. Only products that are unsuitable for wearing or using for their intended purpose are considered defective, and under no circumstances are products that deviate from the photos posted on our website due to expected differences during their capture and posting considered defective. In any case where a defect is identified, the recipient/customer has the option to contact the online store via email at [email protected] or by phone at 2821072366. If a product is reported as defective by the recipient/customer, we explicitly reserve the right to diagnose the product as defective after being examined by our competent staff.
Please make sure that the packaging of the shipment is secure so as to avoid any damage during transport. Returns with damaged original packaging due to the customer/sender’s negligence or adhesive tape on the box or notes written with pen/marker will not be accepted.
